Prenatal, lactation and postnatal effects of lead acetate on histological, histochemical and hepatic indices of liver of male offspring wistar rats

After dissection, its hepatocytes, tissue isolated transferred 10% formalin. measure hepatic enzymes; GGT; serum evaluated. For histological examinations, embedded paraffin processing 3 μm thickness sections prepared them then H&E PAS staining performed. results showed that exposure induced significant changes enzyme different experimental groups.
